Purchasing the paintings directly through the online gallery is the best way to ensure that you will get exactly what you want, without waiting.

The order is done in two steps:
- Send an e-mail to sandi@sandiart.com, with the name of the painting that you would like to buy. If the painting is still available, it will be put on hold so that the payment options could be arranged.
- Once we confirm your information and the payment is received, the painting will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3-4 business days. Usually the orders are shipped through the Canada Express Post service, but different shipping options are available.

Payment Options:
- Credit Card, through Paypal
- Certified Check
- Western Union

Shipping Costs:
The shipping cost is free to continental USA. Please, international buyers, inquire for the shipping costs to your destination.

Transit Time:
The paintings are shipped through Canada  Express Post service within 3-4 business days after the payment is received. Transit time to most US destinations is 5-6 business days (as stated on Canada Post website). You  will provided  with a tracking number once the parcel is shipped.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you change your mind, please let us  know within 24 hours upon receiving the parcel and you will get a full refund excluding US $50 shipping and handling cost, otherwise the sale is final.
